THE STORY
Nobody was doing it properly
EAST came about because companies wanted something that was surprisingly difficult to find: a proper drift experience built around their people.
Not one passenger lap tacked onto somebody else’s event.
Not a watered-down version of drifting made to feel corporate.
The real thing. Purpose-built cars, experienced drivers, a circuit and enough time for everyone to properly experience it.
The cars and drivers were already there.
So was the experience to make it happen.
EAST simply opened that world up to everyone else.

MEET MATT.
Matt Russell has spent more than a decade going sideways. Mostly on purpose.
Matt is a Melbourne-based competitive drift driver with more than 10 years behind the wheel, competing across Victorian, national and international events.
He’s also the bloke behind EAST.
Over those years, Matt has built a network around the Victorian drifting community, including drivers, builders, competitors and people he trusts when things are moving quickly.
That network is what EAST draws from.
Matt personally selects the cars and drivers for each day, with a roster that can include Victorian champions, national and international competitors, and experienced rally drivers.
Because when you’re putting someone’s staff, clients or boss into a purpose-built drift car, “yeah, they seem pretty good” isn’t the selection process.
